Living with IBS

“I was asked a interesting question by a lady once a few years back now:

This top lady said: “If someone is in training with you for general fitness (not competition) and they have a digestive complaint such as IBS, What would you recommend?”

First and foremost, it was a great question and a point I wanted to share to point out some areas to consider from experience, knowledge and somewhat more.

My grandad always said to me…

“To share is to learn Matt.”

2 years ago I worked with a guy at the top end of his 30s who had been challenged with IBS since an early age. That year he not only transformed his physique yet his health, nutrition and digestion went from strength to strength.

He had struggled with his digestion for years often in crippling & cramping pain from the digestive issue for many of hour.

We were developing his physique and fitness through a body transformation and as I work from being taught through the advanced and deeper structure of nutrition, health, functional medicine and physique development throughout the years of my career to date…
