Dysfunctional hormones are like a red marker on a car dashboard.

Jan 11, 2024

It’s trying to tell us to slow down.

It was February 2017 and I had a contact get in touch for me to go and see them.

They had been cleaning up their nutrition, health and lifestyle and all of a sudden had hit a stumbling block.

There was something not right here.

A few things was happening on a daily basis.

And they had been referred to get in touch.

I asked a few questions about their health foundations and the analysis that kept coming up was bleak.

A 5 point test I often operate with was found to be exact.

I have held this in my first toolbox for consultations and advisory work for years because the symptoms never really betray me.

I had it there that day with me as well before even attempting opening box 2.

So I referred the contact to get their bloods done to confirm my findings.

Only to find when the lab work had been done a confirmation of my findings came up.

The symptoms told me a story 14 days prior.

I invited the contact back to see me 14 days after and they walked to the table dreary eyed, low on energy with a hump in the shoulders complaining of aches and pains.

A common occurrence when the hormones are floored.

Age 45 the contact, high performing executive with a young family and two operational UK enterprises.

I said: “The results are in and we can see your thyroids not playing ball and your testosterone levels are floored, it’s not looking good yet the good news is we can build from here.”

“Now it’s time to intervene I think, don’t you.”

The contact needed some strong foods back in the diet and a tonic of vitality, vigour and strength to get them back in the game.

Their family life, daily living and business had all been impacted.

Today though is a different story.

Years on and just last year I received a message thanking me as they often do for helping them in a time of need.

It’s been a passion and purpose with a lifelong vision to help people regain life, health and strength over the years.

The good thing is every day brings a fresh page to do that here.

Sometimes though the difference that makes the difference is when we invest in the foundations that we live in and then build on them.

I’ve always said in practice to health and nutrition clients UK, Overseas, far & wide:

“You can’t build an house on wet foundations because it falls down.”

And like a great gent once said:

“You are your own best asset.”

Build and care for yourself wisely.

A Journey to Health: Transforming Lives Through Connection and Care

I was approached by a good friend one afternoon recently: They had encountered a lot of health problems in the past couple of years. It was apparent they had been struggling and the symptoms where talking out loud before the words came out. Red in the face, bloated...

Keep health the main thing,

Keep health the main thing,

It’s been a medicine and a priority for centuries since life on earth was designed by mother nature for us yet often swept under the rug or overlooked for more sexier things.
