“All your knowledge, credentials, stories through to your results, experience and passion for helping people shines through and I would love to read more from your website.”

I decided to grow, develop and evolve our website for the better adding blogs, insight, experience, testimonies, health and nutrition news as an education element to our bespoke packages with exciting added benefits to come this autumn.

Working with Richard who has been my web developer for a number of years on a number of projects, I wanted to allow him to flawlessly work his magic, develop the product and project from start to finish based on the people I work with feedback and his expertise.

I had received numerous requests, insightful feedback from great people a like with past and present clients at Matthew White Health & Nutrition and as always Richard got to work and delivered the final product this week.

It’s been a journey throughout and I am very thankful for each and everyone who has contributed as with your efforts, we made it happen.

Today I invite you to take a walk through our garden for health and nutrition and should you have any questions, feedback or require anything, I’m always here open, inviting and smiling to welcoming you to our private practice with a listening, calming and cool ear.

All the very best.

A Journey to Health: Transforming Lives Through Connection and Care

A Journey to Health: Transforming Lives Through Connection and Care

I was approached by a good friend one afternoon recently: They had encountered a lot of health problems in the past couple of years. It was apparent they had been struggling and the symptoms where talking out loud before the words came out. Red in the face, bloated...

Keep health the main thing,

Keep health the main thing,

It’s been a medicine and a priority for centuries since life on earth was designed by mother nature for us yet often swept under the rug or overlooked for more sexier things.
