I’ve had the virus, and it seems to be a long road to recovery

Oct 17, 2021

Somebody came to me recently with post virus fatigue.

They said: “I’ve had the virus, and it seems to be a long road to recovery.”

I said: “Tell me more, what seems to happen at the minute in your day-to-day life?”

They said: Dizzy, headaches, sleepiness, low to no energy, and it’s having serious effects on business, family life and been around the kids.

I said: “It seems like they are symptoms I have heard of a lot recently.
I would invite you to try a couple of things should you want, choose in your own time, and I’m happy to help where I can:

1. To get out in the sunshine each day because this will lift your mood and brings energy. Sitting in the back garden for 10 minutes.

2. Start to bring in a nutrient dense diet in which I will help you with.

3. Involve some light movement in your own time, a walk round the room in the house 5 minutes once to twice daily to start with will build this up.

4. Deep breathing exercise for 5 minutes each day.

5. Bring on board a magnesium supplement daily alongside 2-3 litres of water with a pinch of sea salt or two a day.

They followed up to let me know this week, and they were extremely happy to say things have started looking up for them.

1. More time able to spend with two young, strong and happy lads.

2. Feeling stronger, more energy and healthier.

3. Able to do light duties in business too.

Getting back on their feet.

Sometimes all it takes is the right medicine to touch the tongue and things help for the better.

A Journey to Health: Transforming Lives Through Connection and Care

A Journey to Health: Transforming Lives Through Connection and Care

I was approached by a good friend one afternoon recently: They had encountered a lot of health problems in the past couple of years. It was apparent they had been struggling and the symptoms where talking out loud before the words came out. Red in the face, bloated...

Keep health the main thing,

Keep health the main thing,

It’s been a medicine and a priority for centuries since life on earth was designed by mother nature for us yet often swept under the rug or overlooked for more sexier things.
