Keep health the main thing,

Apr 19, 2024

Health rankings are much higher than just a desire for fat loss today.

It’s been a medicine and a priority for centuries since life on earth was designed by mother nature for us yet often swept under the rug or overlooked for more sexier things.

The perfect body,
The perfect business,
The perfect look online & in social environments,
The perfect cash pot.

The list goes on and I’m sure you could add a few more.

So when we look at our health we might expect to think well I’m in good health now, I don’t often visit the dentist, doctors, hospital yet there’s time for that would t you agree?

Often it’s a reactive measure because like said earlier on in this column, it’s swept under the carpet for more sexier considerations wrapped in material or daily life.

Chasing money, status, pretence & material.

Yet what happens when all that’s gone and we have just bumped into reality, we might start to sit and think:

Good food
Rest
Recovery

It might slow us down.

The main thing, take home and delicate message would be:

Keep health the main thing, a part of the thing and a priority thing in your life because that’s what matters.

A Journey to Health: Transforming Lives Through Connection and Care

I was approached by a good friend one afternoon recently: They had encountered a lot of health problems in the past couple of years. It was apparent they had been struggling and the symptoms where talking out loud before the words came out. Red in the face, bloated...
