When we look at the health of a middle aged human being both male and female, it is factually known that by the fourth decade of living the individual start to see a 20% reduction in testosterone levels.
This shows that not only as robust as you could have been in your twenties but also when you hit your thirties the testosterone levels will decrease by 10% and follow through each decade with ten per cent reduction.
Whilst seeing a testosterone reduction the body starts to create more SHBG which in effect traps the testosterone that still remain in circulation. This adds to an adverse effect as SHBG will reduce the bioavailability levels of test prone further.
When a age of 50 years appear within females the menopause is known to hit which reduces oestrogen and testosterone levels dramatically.
Men will experience a reduction in testosterone at 50 years old which is a change known as andropause.
Some of the clearer signs in hormone failure, where testosterone and oestrogen fails causing menopause and andropause along with testosterone imbalance is changes in attitude and mood along with fatigue and certain other aspects.
